We are searching for a General Manager / CEO for a sporting goods company located in the Treviso area, part of a multinational corporation.
The candidate will coordinate the activities of a group of 15 people who will work in the following departments: R&D, Quality, Finance and Operation.
The candidate will assure that the mother company's standards and procedures will be respected in the Italian plant and will collaborate to the definition of the company strategy, guaranteeing the technological and organizational upgrade.
He will train and motivate the personnel.
The candidate will be required to produce reports and analysis, forecasting and budgeting. He will interact with Italian public authorities and with the mother company.
The ideal candidate, better if with degree in engineering or equivalent qualification, must have a long-time experience in multinational context. Experience in plastic/injection sector will be a plus.
Leader capability and organizational skills complete the profile with ability to achieve targets.
Necessary requirement: Knowledge of English language.
